Directions
Adults: Take 1ml to 4ml in water or juice once or twice per day.
Children (9 to 13 years): Take 1ml to 3ml in water or juice once or twice per day.
Children (4 to 8 years): Take 1ml to 2ml in water or juice once or twice per day.
Children (1 to 3 years): Take 0.5ml in water or juice once or twice per day.
You can divide your dose throughout the day. For example, an adult can take 1-4 mL in the morning and 1-4 mL before bed.
We recommend taking Magnesium Liquid for a minimum of 1 month, and ongoing as needed.
Caution: Not recommended for use with heart block without a pacemaker. Magnesium supplementation may decrease the absorption of some medications. Magnesium Liquid should be used 2 hours away from medications, such as tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics. Magnesium supplementation can cause loose bowel movements. The threshold at which this may occur varies between people. If you feel uncomfortable, please lower the amount until bowel movements stabilise.
