Description
DHA makes up about 40% of the brain. So it's a key nutrient to support brain development in the last trimester of pregnancy when the majority of the neurological development occurs. Supplementing at this stage of the pregnancy can help to stop the mother's own DHA stores from becoming depleted. The current recommendation for DHA during pregnancy is 300mg per day. This formula provides 480mg per 2 soft gels.
