Other ingredients: Capsule (gelatin, water), plant cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Take the contents of 1 packet 15 minutes before meals up to 2 times daily for 15 days.
Drink 1 glass of water with the tablets and 1 after.

This should produce 2-3 bowel movements per day. If stools become too loose, reduce the number of packets taken.
