Harmony Menopause contains:

- Chaste Tree for hormonal support.
- Chinese Yam to support temperature balance during the night.
- Dong Quai for hormonal support.
- Peony nourishes the blood.
- Bupleurum helps to support mood.

Each tablet contains extracts equivalent to the dried herbs:
Rehmannia glutinosa root: 1.2g
Vitex angus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree): 100mg
Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai): 200mg
Dioscorea oppositifolia root and rhizome (Chinese Yam): 200mg
Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony): 200mg
Bupleurum falcatum root: 200mg
Calcium hydrogen phosphate: 350mg
(Equiv. calcium 81.6mg) (Equiv. phosphorus 63mg)
Calcium amino acid chelate: 50mg
(Equivalent calcium 10mg)
Magnesium amino acid chelate: 50mg
(Equivalent magnesium 10mg)
Cholecalciferol: 2.5mcg (Vitamin D3 100IU).
Other Ingredients (naturally derived excipients): Cellulose (microcrystalline), croscarmellose sodium, silica (colloidal anhydrous), magnesium stearate, carnauba wax (tablet coating - proprietory ingredient). Contains No: Wheat, Gluten and Dairy.

Directions
Adults:
Starting dose: 2 tablets twice daily until symptoms improve.
Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets per day.
Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or one hour after meals. Seek medical advice if symptoms or fluid retention persist.
If you are taking a course of hormone medication inform your prescribing practitioner that you have commenced Harmony Menopause.
Discontinue use if pregnancy occurs or you develop sensitivity to the formula.
