Good Health Flaxomega Capsules provides 1000mg of unrefined, cold-pressed flaxseed oil per capsule made from New Zealand-grown flaxseeds.
- Plant-sourced omega-3, 6 & 9 fatty acids.
- Free of gluten, egg, dairy, wheat, artificial flavours, sweeteners, and colours.
Flaxseed oil is a rich source of omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids which are named essential because the human body cannot make them and instead must obtain them from the diet.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Glycerol, Caramel Colour, Purified Water, and d-alpha-Tocopherol 1300IU/g from soya oil.
Contains No: Gluten, Egg, Crustacea, Fish, Dairy, Yeast, and Wheat.
Adults: Take 2 to 6 capsules daily or as professionally advised.
Caution: Flaxseed oil may have blooding thinning properties if taken in large doses. If you are taking Warfarin please see your healthcare professional before taking flaxseed oil in high doses.
