Clinicians Women's Hormone Support (DIM) provides, Di-indolylmethane (DIM), a plant sourced nutrient that supports healthy estrogen levels. May be used during times of menstrual imbalance or PMS.

DIM is a simple derivative of Indoyl-3-carbinol (I3C) formed during the breakdown of brassica vegetables. It has long been known that eating adequate amounts of brassica vegetables (cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli sprouts, broccoli and brussel sprouts) is important for the body's natural antioxidant defenses and for supporting healthy liver detoxification. I3C is an active component which is metabolised to become DIM in the stomach. DIM is more active than I3C and supports healthy estrogen levels and detoxification in the body.
