Clinicians MultiFlora Digest contains two of the most well-researched beneficial bacteria for supporting gut health.
- Easy blister pack.
- Shelf-stable so no refrigeration required.
- Suitable for the whole family including babies.
These two popular strains of good bacteria help to repopulate the gut to support immune and digestive system health. Particularly useful to support balanced gut health after antibiotic therapy. By restoring the beneficial bacteria this product helps to prevent the growth of less desirable strains of bacteria and yeast from flourishing. Microencapsulation of the good bacteria helps them to pass through the stomach intact and the Alu-Alu blister packaging makes them easy to take traveling or simply out and about without them needing refrigeration.
Clinicians MultiFlora Digest supports:
- Healthy digestive system function.
- Alongside or after antibiotics.
- Immune and respiratory health.
- Healthy stomach acid levels after meals.

If taking antibiotics, take at least 3 hours before or after each dose.
Caution: Clinicians MultiFlora Digest is cultured on a skim milk base and may contain traces of lactose in the finished product. Studies on Bifidobacterium animalis BB-12 indicate that this strain exhibits lactase activity and can help assist with lactose digestion. This product should therefore be suitable for lactose intolerant individuals. Individuals with severe IgE mediated dairy allergies should avoid taking Clinicians MultiFlora Digest or consult their health professional first. Consult your health professional before use with the following treatments and/or conditions: radiation therapy, recent oral or gastrointestinal surgery (particularly short bowel loop), and those who are immunosuppressed (e.g. HIV). Under such circumstances, there is increased susceptibility of bacterial translocation and subsequent infections such as liver abscess, endocarditis, and septicemia. Both Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacterium animalis BB-12 are considered appropriate for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Antibiotic Therapy Clinicians MultiFlora Digest can be taken with antibiotic medication provided it is at a different time of the day (e.g. first thing in the morning and/or last thing at night). This protects the bacteria in Clinicians MultiFlora Digest from being destroyed by the antibiotics.
