
Ingredients:
- 1 cup berries (can be mixed or one variety) fresh or frozen is fine
- 150ml (2/3 cup) plain unsweetened, full fat yoghurt
- 150ml (2/3 cup) full fat coconut cream
- Your choice of sweetener to taste (i.e. stevia, erythritol, xylitol or honey)
Method:
Blend all ingredients together and pour into ice block moulds. Leave overnight to freeze. If you don't have ice block moulds you can add to a small plastic container with an ice block stick or skewer as a handle. Can also be added to an ice cube tray instead.
