Fennel Gratin

Ingredients:


1 Tbsp butter
2 fennel heads, sliced thinly
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup parmesan
1 Tbsp mustard
2 cups cream
¼ tsp salt

Method:


  1. Preheat oven to 170°C (338°F).
  2. In a baking dish lined with butter add: the sliced fennel, parmesan, garlic and salt and mix well.
  3. Add the mustard to the cream and whisk well, then pour this mixture over the fennel mixture.
  4. Bake in the oven for 1 hour until bubbling and lightly browned.
