
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp butter
2 fennel heads, sliced thinly
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup parmesan
1 Tbsp mustard
2 cups cream
¼ tsp salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 170°C (338°F).
- In a baking dish lined with butter add: the sliced fennel, parmesan, garlic and salt and mix well.
- Add the mustard to the cream and whisk well, then pour this mixture over the fennel mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour until bubbling and lightly browned.
