Ingredients:

- 1/2 - 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 brussel sprouts, chopped in half and then diced thinly
- Combination of your choice of the following veges: carrots (thinly sliced), red pepper (thinly sliced), cauliflower
- Olive oil or coconut oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A dash of tamari to taste
- Chilli flakes to taste
Method:
An easy and tasty way to enjoy good old brussel sprouts as an alternative to cabbage in a stir-fry.
- Dice or chop all your veggies in preparation.
- Sautee onion and garlic in a good splash of olive oil until clear.
- Add all veggies and stir-fry.
- Add more olive oil or coconut oil to your preference.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes until brussel sprouts are slightly wilted.
- Add a dash of tamari, salt and pepper and chilli flakes, stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with your choice of protein - e.g. a good beef steak or salmon steak makes for a nice combo.
